“City life is millions of people being lonesome together”
_Henry David Thoreau_
The more evolutional human beings are, the farther we drift away from each other. Is that the nature of evolution or because we are doing contrary to what God really wants?
Living in the centre of city with high population density, where distance between man and man is only a soft touch, but it is way too aloof. People keep pursuing their own goals without caring of other surroundings; and then when everything’s definitely in our hands, looking back, how lonely we are, nobody’s left to share, even the happiness. Does life mean to separate us from each other or because we are drowning ourselves in the solitude we unintentionally create?
We know well the so-called fame and fortune are vanities. We all get bored with stories of their troubles, yet we continue to rush into. Is that stubborn or silly? Perhaps we’re all being haunted by to unsecured feeling of no money. However, what does “poor” exactly mean? Poor of what is more important and money is never the only factors of happiness. We understand nature of vanities, but do not get enough courage to get rid of. Little by little, we blame the evolution, prosperity and try to blind ourselves that it is worthy to lose other things, and forget the core of existence is truly lying in our soul...
